Make a healthy dip using low fat cream cheese or mashed avocado then add some paprika or other spices you enjoy the taste of to pep it up a bit and then replace the corn chip or cracker biscuit with a stick of celery or a slice of apple. Instead of putting sugar or honey in your oats or porridge or morning cereal add a small handful of sultana's or slice up a ripe banana instead.
Buy lean cuts of meat and instead of cooking them in oil or fat put them in a non stick baking dish add some chopped whole tomatoes and some mushrooms, chop up an onion and some fresh herbs add some pepper and a little salt to suit your tastes then cover it with aluminum foil or put on a lid and let it cook slowly in the oven. The tomatoes and onions and herbs will turn into a nice healthy gravy and the meat will cook tender with out the need for any oils or fats.
